Toni Braxton shows cancelled after sudden hospitalization.

Several Toni Braxton shows
have been canceled after the 40 year old singer was taken to the hospital for apparent
chest pains. The cause of the chest pain hasn’t been released to the media. Deanna
Pettit, spokeswoman of the Flamingo Las Vegas hotel and casino
said Braxton, a six-time Grammy winner for songs such as "Un-break My
Heart" and "Breathe Again," has been previously treated for pericarditis,
a viral inflammation of the sack that surrounds the
heart.
"We're going to go
ahead and cancel her shows tonight and for the rest of the week. We expect
she'll return to the stage next Tuesday." said Pettit.
