Probably most people in the world of poker are not familiar with the name Antanas Guoga, but I’m sure that most of us know the name Tony G. Born in Lithuania in 1973, Tony G might be described as a "talkative", “fearless” and extremely aggressive player known as a "trash talker" by many, however, Tony have said several times that it's just part of the psychological game he plays when he’s on the table. He uses his mouth as well as his poker skills to win. Busting you out of a tournament makes him happy, genuinely sorry that you went broke and had to leave, but happy after all.

Tony G had a love for online poker in his first days of playing and most recently, he even launched his own online poker room simply called "Tony G Poker". You can indeed find him playing there but also been spotted at Full Tilt Poker as "Tony G" and Ultimate Bet as "wraptduck".


Whether you like him or not, you can not deny the fact that Mr. Guoga has guts. Tony G’s professional career is undeniably productive and by 2007 his career winnings exceed the $2.5.  Tony has also donated a large percentage of his winnings to charity, inspiring other players to take similar actions, including Barry Greenstein, who also has adopted the habit of donating his winnings to a good cause. As a man who would not give up his passion, even after going broke countless times, he has become one of the world’s best poker players of our time and that’s simply an undeniable fact.
