Wynn Sues "Girls gone wild" mastermind for $2 million in gambling debts
Wynn Las Vegas is playing
the cat and mouse game with its biggest debtors, in the last few weeks, Wynn
has filed lawsuits or at list made public its intention to recover several “notable”
gambling debts and pending bills from NBA celebrities Charles Barkley and
Alonzo Mourning. Now Wynn has filed a case against the "Girls Gone
Wild" mastermind and creator of the millionaire series of videos, Joe Francis. According to Wynn’s attorneys, Frank
is being sued for allegedly owing the Las Vegas Strip
casino a total of $2 million in gambling debts accumulated since
February 2007.

Torossian said yesterday that Francis has already had honored his debt to the Wynn Las Vegas casino
in a series of "prior agreements." In a statement released by the
press media, Francis said he plans to appeal the lawsuit filed by Wynn’s legal team.
"The Wynn hotel has chosen not to honor its
agreement to apply certain discounts to balances they have already been paid
for," Francis said.
Francis said he is waiting
for his day in court with Wynn Resorts Ltd. Chief Executive Steve Wynn
to "expose how exactly Mr. Wynn deceives his high end customers."
Wynn Las
Vegas spokeswoman Jennifer Dunne refused to make any comments regarding the specific
details of the lawsuit but said the casino wouldn't have sued Francis unless all
options were exhausted.
"We don't file
lawsuits against people after 30, 60, 90 days. This has been an issue with our
collections department for some time." Dunne said.
