Purchase Agreement, made a substantial payment toward the purchase price, and
look forward to completing the transaction as quickly as possible. This is a
major acquisition for our company and will provide us with the ability to
expand our business throughout the world and create substantial, ongoing

in the online gaming market is to recognize that online gaming is a service,

have declared that Vega Promotional Systems is focused in getting into the online
gaming industry thanks to the market's attractive growth potential. DFC Intelligence has

with other users, and play a zillion of different online games.
Vega recently launched the "Poker Tour of the Americas" (PTA), a series of poker tournaments running in several cities in Latin America and the United States that promise to attract the top professional poker players in the world, Vega also revealed its plans to license the software to an online gaming company to create a "Poker Tour of the Americas" online poker site in the next few months.
