A few weeks ago, Wynn Las Vegas filed several lawsuits against some customers for not honoring their debts. Wynn filed two formal complaints against two NBA stars, Charles Barkley and Alonzo Mourning. Barkley, who is currently a basketball commentator on TNT didn’t waste a second and paid the bill, and only a few days after the famous Las Vegas hotel announced that they were taking some legal measures against Mourning, Wynn’s legal team dropped the complaint saying that everything was the product of a misunderstanding. But this is not the case with the infamous “Girls Gone Wild” promoter Joe Francis, who is currently being sued by Wynn for more than $2 million.

Now Mr. Francis has alleged in court papers that Wynn and his hotel team used a series of dirty tricks and tactics to amass the his losses, including sending him a couple of prostitutes to his room. Francis also claims Wynn Las Vegas misled him into gambling large amounts of money and forged the casino paperwork to bloat his gambling loses. Francis mentioned other tricks he claims Wynn and his hotel used to keep him playing blackjack.

According to Francis, Wynn Las Vegas “intentionally miscalculates markers and forges the high-rollers’ signatures in order to change a high-roller’s win to a loss.” He also expressed that the Las Vegas resort also altered the computer records to match the forged table records and that it destroyed some of the casino surveillance tapes to avoid losses disputes. Francis says Wynn Las Vegas also offered him the use of Wynn’s private jet, a hotel suite, chip discounts, and a private table and dealer and permission to bet up to $30,000 per hand.

Francis said that the casino changed the dealers when he started to win and shuffled the deck without his approval, using a machine under the table.

Wynn’s attorneys say that Francis allegations are not only inconsistent but also “falsely imply that the hotel did not keep contractual agreements with Francis, and (that) the hotel did not do business with Francis in a fair and ethical manner. The statements falsely imply that Francis possesses some undisclosed facts that show that Wynn deceives customers”

As expected, Wynn Las Vegas denies all of the allegations, and its legal advisors, Todd Bice and James Pisanelli, didn’t waste a second and stroke back with a defamation lawsuit just three hours after Francis’ filing. In Wynn’s defamation suit, his attorneys allege that Francis made those statements “with knowledge of their falsity” or “reckless disregard” for the truth.
