Are you one of those who think Las Vegas is unbearably hot? Well, not anymore, at list not in the new “Chilly” Club located at the Mandalay Bay. Minus 5 Group, a New Zealand company that develops ice lounges is about to debut in the U.S with the opening of the first Ice Bar in Las Vegas, which will be located next to the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. Visitors can enjoy unique freezing nights and exclusive drinks at this innovative club in where everything is made of ice, including the bars, chairs, glasses, walls, sculptures and other decoration.

Visitors are offered parkas and gloves wrinkled with sheepskin while they try the club’s exclusive selection of vodka-based cocktails in the lounge, which temperature normally rounds the 23 degrees Fahrenheit (-5C). This innovative and unique Las Vegas nightclub will feature a $30 cover charge and visitors can stay at the club for half-hour; in that timeframe, guests can partake in a three-drink maximum, since the cold temperatures boost alcohol's effect on the metabolism.

The $3 million Minus 5 Ice Lounge will be opening its first Las Vegas club next month. The club developers are also considering the possibility of launching lounges in other locations within the U.S including South Beach and New York City.
