Odyssey Las Vegas has officially announced its lineup for Oddisey’s eighth annual food, wine and art event running for four days in where guests will get in touch with master chefs, fine art and wines from several regions of the planet.

The 2008 Odyssey Las Vegas will take place from November 6th to November 9th, 2008. The gastronomic event will kick off on Thursday, November 6th with “Grill of Brazil and Beyond” featuring the best cuisine of Japan, Brazil and Peru at SUSHISAMBA strip & Sugarcane Boutique Nightclub at The Palazzo Resort and Casino.

The signature Master's Dinner will take place on November 7th at the Bellagio Las Vegas and will feature a special performance by Skip Martin of Kool & the Gang. The evening includes five unique courses and wine, and each course will be prepared by a team of two chefs from some of the best restaurants in Las Vegas.

Chef Rick Moonen will be taking part in an exclusive cooking demonstration and luncheon event celebrated on Saturday, November 8th at Moonen's RM Seafood at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. The coking demonstration will start at 11:00 am followed by a three course lunch starting at noon. Also on Saturday, November 8th, Chef Kerry Simon will provide guests whit a tribute to the sensual side of food with his exclusive “Aphrodisiac Odyssey” at Simon Restaurant & Lounge at Palms Place.

The last day of gastronomic ecstasy will feature two events, the Crab Broker Celebrity Chef Golf Tournament and the Bourbon St. BBQ at the Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort. Guests will enjoy an afternoon full of music, golf, gourmet barbeque, cool brews, oyster bar, and several types of crab thanks to The Crab Broker.
