Club Paradise in Las Vegas is running a
special contest that may convince more than one undecided voter; the gentlemen
club has announced that it will be running a Gov. Palin look a like contest in
honor of the GOP vice presidential nominee, which is bringing in girls from
strip clubs all over the country to compete for a $10,000 package including a
trip to Washington
for Inauguration Day in January.
Representatives of the Club
Paradise Men's Club in Las Vegas
say they decided to organize the contest because Gov. Palin has competed as a
beauty queen years ago and is widely impersonated by TV celebrities and
ordinary people as well. As it was confirmed by the footage submitted on
the popular online video site Youtube.com, Gov. Palin came in second at the
1984 Miss Alaska
pageant, winning the Miss Congeniality award.
Only a few
weeks after shed was officially named as GOP’s vice presidential candidate,
Sarah Palin became one of the most impersonated figures in the U.S. With so
many articles, notes, gossips, TV notes and other coverage of Palin’s beauty
pageant history, Club Paradise Men’s Club in Las Vegas will host a variety of Palin
impersonators next Thursday, October 23rd, 2008. The guests will emit
their votes based on the contestants “debating” skills and ability to recreate
Gov. Sarah Palin famous swimsuit walk
“We have
invited girls who resemble Sarah Palin from clubs all over the country to join
us for the pageant.” said Club Paradise’s General Manager, Bill Denniston.
Club Paradise is located right across from the Hard Rock Hotel at 4416 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV89169.
