The iconic Binion's Gambling Hall & Hotel in Downtown Las Vegas has inaugurated a brand new poker room that combines Binion's famous tradition with a contemporary atmosphere and a selection of new features. Binion's new poker room offers 10 tables set in a modern and comfortable environment that blends outstanding service and some of the best deals in Las Vegas including a max rake of $3 on all live games, $2 comps per hour of live poker play, tableside food service and exceptional room rates.

"There's a certain prestige associated with Binion's poker, but the main reason poker players stay loyal to Binion's is that we're always moving forward with their wants in mind. When we were designing the new poker room, every concept was developed based on what our players had asked for - we even got their input on what kind of chairs they would like the most. Today it's the pleasure of everyone at Binion's to welcome the players to a new poker room that's everything they wanted and more." said Glenn Casale, director of casino operations for Binion's Gambling Hall & Hotel.

Binion's new poker room is part of a series of renovations made by TLC Casino Enterprises. Since its acquisition in March, 2008, TLC has restored and overhauled Binion’s race and sports book, introduced the new Benny's Bullpen Sports Bar & Cigar Lounge and restored the famous $1 Million Display. Binion's Casino also improved its odds on blackjack and craps, added new table games, reorganized the casino floor, and is close to finish the implementation of a new Ticket In Ticket Out technology on all slot and video poker machines. Several other projects are expected to be completed before the end of 2008 and early 2009 including a complete room renovation and redecoration. In addition, players will have the chance to qualify for the first Binion's $50.000 Monthly Freerol starting on November 1st. To qualify for the $50K freeroll, players must accumulate at least 25 hours of live play during November or win one daily No Limit Hold'em tournament and hold a Club Binion's membership

"When all eyes are looking at Las Vegas as one of the most hard-hit targets of today's economy, Binion's is proud to say that our progress has stayed on track. To strengthen our investment going forward, Binion's will continue to put our guests and players first by making improvements to every element of the property while preserving our nostalgic brand, such as we did with the new poker room." said Tim Lager, general manager.
