Christian
Audigier, owner of several highly popular clothing brands, has announced that
an Ed Hardy’s Las Vegas store is set to debut at Fashion Show Mall, on Saturday, November 22nd,
2008. The opening will be celebrated with an all day, in store shopping event that
includes live performances on the mall runway from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m as well as
a live DJ show scheduled from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., and special celebrity guest
appearances programmed during the course of the day. Guests will have the
chance to celebrate the opening with champagne and hors d'oeuvres while they
take a peek at the Ed Hardy Spring 2009 collection, which will be showcased
during a quick fashion show.
"Las Vegas is my second
home. It is the home of my namesake nightclub, my trade show, and now my newest
Ed Hardy store. Sin
City is where sexy, all
night fashion meets daytime function, and all of that can be found in Fashion
Show Mall store!" said Christian Audigier.
In 2004
Audigier acquired Don Ed Hardy’s license and transformed his tattoo inspired
designs into a highly acclaimed international clothing label. Since then, the
line has evolved from a simple truckers cap to an entire collection of high couture
street fashion. Celebrities like Britney Spears, Madonna, and Miley Cyrus have
declared themselves fans of Hardy’s designs. In less than four years, Christian
Audigier companies have launched nine popular brands, with over sixty licenses.
Audigier owns and supervises an international portfolio of designer brands,
including Ed Hardy, Christian Audigier, SMET, Crystal Rock, most recently Evel
Knievel, C-Bar-A, Savoir Faire, Rock Fabulous, and Paco Chicano. His highly successful
businesses include U.S. and
international wholesale distribution, as well as U.S., online and overseas retail
stores.
