Bringing the New Year's celebration to a new dimension, Las Vegas Event Planner has announced today that Dinner in the Sky Las Vegas will make its debut on New Year's Eve. Dinner in the Sky is a Sky Box designed to take a maximum of 22 guests to a frightening altitude of 180 feet to enjoy an amazing and innovative dinner experience over the Las Vegas. Guests are each comfortably secured into a leather seat attached to a dining table and then lifted to the sky by a crane. The center of the dining table has a walking platform for the service personnel that will be attending guests during the one hour sessions.

Located between the Palms Resort and Casino and the Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino, Dinner in the Sky Las Vegas will be suspended at the intersection of Polaris Ave. and Cavaretta Ct from 8:30 pm to 1:30 am. Dinner in the Sky Las Vegas will provide invitation-only VIPs and special guests with a series of special cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while they enjoy an evening suspended over the city.

"This is truly a Las Vegas first in many ways, from dining and entertainment to attractions and destinations. Dinner in the Sky Las Vegas fits all those descriptions. Debuting on New Year's Eve and providing our guests the chance to witness this extraordinary international spectacle is a once in a lifetime opportunity." said Michael Hinden, chief executive officer of Las Vegas Event Planner and proprietor of Dinner in the Sky Las Vegas.

Dinner in the Sky Las Vegas can customize any session according to the costumers’ preferences and is designed to provide accommodation for a maximum of 300 guests in a given time period. Food and drink service are provided and included in the overall price of each session and includes from oriental and exotic dishes to seafood and first class meat cuts prepared by one to three chefs stationed on the platform.

"We are thrilled to introduce this exciting new dining concept to Las Vegas, the Entertainment Capital of the World. The menu options and food quality are that of any fine dining experience, but what we provide that no other restaurant experience offers is adrenaline as an appetizer and views as sweet as dessert." commented Keith DeRiso, vice president of Las Vegas Event Planner and co-proprietor of Dinner in the Sky Las Vegas.
