Producers of “High Stakes Poker” show on GSN have released the names of the seventeen pros confirmed to play the HSP Season Six. The new season will be recorded at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Downtown Las Vegas from November 11th to 13th and will feature five newcomers as well as some of the biggest names in the game.

Making their High Stakes debut are 2008 World Series of Poker Main Event finalist Dennis Phillips, Ukrainian pro Yevgeniy “Jovial Gent” Timoshenko , British player Sammy George, Andreas Hoivold and Lex Veldhuis. The lineup will also include Full Tilt Pros Patrik Antonius, David Benyamine, Phil Ivey, Mike Matusow, Pokestars sponsored players Daniel Negreanu, poker legend Doyle Brunson, online poker pro and Heads Up expert Tom “Durrrr” Dwan, Eli Elezra, Antonio Esfandiari, Barry Greenstein, UltimateBet pro Phil Hellmuth, and Allan Meltzer.

In addition, the show's producers announced that  TV personality, journalist and poker player Kara Scott will replace A.J. Benza as Gabe Kaplan co-host. Scott, who worked as host of the European Poker Tour, has also played in several world class tournaments, cashing out in the World Series of Poker main event in both 2008 and 2009 and also finishing second in the 2009 Irish Open.

Season 6 of “High Stakes Poker” will begin airing on Valentine’s Day – Sunday, February 14th, 2010 – at 8:00pm ET.
