Marie Osmond puts show at Flamingo Las Vegas on hold to spend more time with her family

Donny and Marie Osmond have canceled the remaining "Donny and Marie Show" performances at the Flamingo Las Vegas this week to give Marie more time to recover from the loss of her 18 year old son, Michael Blosil.
According to Chip Lightman, producer for the show, Marie canceled her sold out show Tuesday night less than one hour before the show was due to begin and decided to put the musical show on hold until March 23 to spend more time with her family and to deal with her grief in private .
“She needs to spend more time with her family. She’s still processing everything and it’s really rough on her.” commented Marie's representative Alan Nierob during an interview given to People Magazine.
Following the death of her son Michael Blosil, the Osmonds put their show at the Flamingo Las Vegas on hold to to attend Michael's funeral. The siblings resumed performances on March 9th, , only one day after her son's memorial in Provo, Utah.
Officials of the Flamingo Las Vegas confirmed that all Donny and Marie shows scheduled for this week have been officially canceled. The next scheduled date tickets are being sold for is Tuesday, March 23rd. Donny and Marie Osmond added five shows between April 13 and 17 following their show cancellations immediately following Michael's death, however, it has not been announced if other dates will be added as a result of their latest shift in the show's schedule.
