Looking to experience incredible cuisine at a fantastic price? Try a prix fixe menu available at several MGM Resorts restaurants. Designed to give diners a delicious tour of a restaurant’s offerings, prix fixe menus are a great way to enjoy a multi-course meal at a set price.

The L’Unique menu at Joël Robuchon's L'Atelier MGM Grand allows guests to design their own three-course dinner. Begin with a choice of either Le Kampachi (kampachi carpaccio with fresh tabouleh) or L’Asperge Verte (cappuccino of green asparagus with parmesan) then choose from Les Produits de la Mer (seafood, tomato soup with a hint of mint) or Le Boeuf (beef carpaccio with arugula and shaved parmesan) for the entrée. End the meal with either La Fraise (strawberry tartlet with almond and yuzu) or L’Ananas (traditional flan with pineapple compote, rum and coconut cream). Available 5:30 p.m. – 6:15 p.m. nightly, the menu is priced at $59 per person.

The Parallel Tasting Menu at acclaimed chef Charlie Palmer’s Aureole at Mandalay Bay offers double the dining fun. The four-course menu includes two complementary dishes per course and begins with a Maine Lobster accompanied by a Green Papaya Salad and a North Atlantic Fluke Carpaccio. Course two is a presentation of Coriander Crusted Tuna Loin and Pan Roasted Diver Scallops. The main entrée includes a Pistachio Crusted Lamb Loin and Ellsberg Ranch Lamb Shoulder Confit. For dessert, indulge in Summer Peach Frangipane Tart and Lavender Peach Ice Cream. The menu is available nightly and is priced at $85 per person.

Osteria del Circo at Bellagio features a pre-theatre, three-course menu giving guests the chance to enjoy some of the best dishes served at this world-renowned Maccioni family restaurant. Start with Insalatina di Barbabietola (golden beet and arugula salad, crispy prosciutto, ricotta salata and aged pomegranate balsamic) or Fritto Misto (fried calamari, artichokes and zucchini, crushed tomato basil and aubergine pepper aioli). The entrée course features a choice of Ravioli (Mamma Egi’s recipe of sheep’s milk ricotta cheese, spinach, Swiss chard and butter sage sauce), Salmone (Grilled King Salmon with roasted corn, pea shoot salad and charred bell pepper coulis) or Pollo (roasted organic airline chicken breast and fingerling potatoes, frisee and arugula salad, seasonal fruit and sunflower honey and white balsamic vinaigrette). Dessert includes Tiramisu Tradizionale or Panna Cotta.  The menu is available 5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m. nightly and is priced at $49 per person.
