1st time experience
My fiance' and I decided to get married in Vegas. It was a second marriage for both of us and we already have a 2yr old.I chose the Luxor because of the design.I never expected that we would be staying in the pyramid itself. The view out our hotel window was amazing. I could see both the strip and the mountains. My only issue is the fact that all the outdoor stuff was so far away. I thought the moving sidewalks betwwen the Luxor and the Excalibur was great and the tram between the Luxor and Mandalay By was unique. Will definately stay there again the next time we're in Vegas.
Hotel
We stayed at this hotel the first time we ever cam to Las Vegas. We arrived late and they had a late check in for us. I thought that we would get a real crappy room because everyone would have checked in earlier, but that was not true. I thought we still had an ok room in the pyramid wing until the next morning when we opened up the curtains to this amazing view looking out to the mountains. ( It was something off of a post card) beautiful...Everything in this building was amazing the rooms, activities, access to the connecting buildings, and the staff. The only thing that i thought was a problem is that it was so far away from the middle of the strip...
Luxor Hotel
We have stayed at the Luxor Hotel 4 years now. We have great service from the time we hit the doors. We kind of know our way around now and don't have that "Help, I've never been here before!" look on our faces. The workers there are all very helpful and will accommadate your every wish. The rooms are clean and stocked well, wish they had tea and coffee in the rooms for the morning. Otherwise, go for the Luxor, you won't be sorry.
