Mandalay Bay Poker Room sitting next to their Sports Book has a busy poker room of mostly tourist and some locals. The room has a zero policy for anyone acting up or using profanity where the rules are strict to protect the tourist. Dealers all give the drill upon sitting down on their high hand rules and the rule about coming past the table line with your chips in hand when making a bet. The snack bar location is convenient for eating table side. You can play poker games like Texas Hold’em to Crazy Pineapple and Omaha High, including weekly tournaments.

Mandalay is a nostalgic favorite of both my husband I and while we lived in Vegas. The room has great action in the 1-2 and 2-5 No-Limit games. The location of the room is right next to the Sportsbook and easy access to good food at the deli. Dealers and floor are very attentive to players with a few odd rules, but they are there to protect the tourist for which this place has a lot of.
