A3 - Our shipping costs are based on the weight of the product and the distance it is shipped. To calculate shipping, add your first desired item into the shopping cart by pressing "add to cart" then enter your zipcode. The shopping cart will Please note: We do not ship Internationally.
A4 - When we ship your order, you should automatically receive an email with the delivery confirmation and or tracking number, date of shipment and the item shipped. If you have a SPAM blocker you may not receive this email, so be sure to add <shipping@wedoitallvegas.com> to your friendly list. A6 - In the "special instructions" section of our shopping cart (located directly above where you would enter your credit card info), simply list the quantity and color of each chip desired. All selections must be in multiples of 50. (eg. 50 Black and 300 White).
A7 - Typically, and based on the number of orders we have in production, custom chip orders 2-3 weeks after approval of art work or submission of order if getting only initials or denominations. Shipping time is not counted in this.
A8 - Please allow 2 business days for order processing. If you have a specific date you need your order by, please specify in "special instructions" section when you place your order. Please note: UPS Ground takes up to 5 business days and Media Mail can take up to 12 business days.
A9 - Unfortunately all orders are placed online and shipped out of one of our various warehouses. So we do not have a retail establighment.
A10 - We offer shipping within the US and Canada Only.
