No cash refunds. *All passengers must reconfirm selected tour by calling phone number on email confirmation 24 hours prior to tour. No refund for no-show is strictly enforced in order to protect our vendors. It is the passengers responsibility to ensure they are in correct pick up location at correct time as stated on their confirmation form Please be ready 15-20 minutes before pickup time. Duration of tour hours is an approximation. Tours may include some element of risk. We assume no liability for injuries. Nonsmoking in tour vehicles and aircraft strictly enforced. All confirmed reservations are guaranteed 100%. 72 hour cancellation policy applies only to documented cancellation of flight reservations to Las Vegas or health problems beyond parties control. We reserve the right to alter, modify or cancel a tour due to bad weather, unsafe conditions or at the request of governmental, park, & state agencies. A FULL Refund is given if we must cancel a tour.
