We go to Vegas about once a year and we like staying there the best. It is centrally located, so it makes it easy to enjoy all the many attractions within walking distance. We usually get a strip view room. We were married at the gazebo 2 years ago. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! They made my wedding a dream come true. Then we had a fabulous reception at Margarita Ville. It was so much fun!!

I used my total reward comp points (as I have many) and I was put in one of the filthiest rooms I have ever stayed in (and I travel ALOT).(It was worse than a motel for $29.00 per night). The last time I stayed I was put in the updated section and needless to say they have not renovated all of the hotel. While I do like the location of Flamingo, I do not appreciate feeling dirty standing on the carpets, walking down the hallways several times with the same food waiting to be picked up by room service along with food and trash in the elevators. One last thing that I was unhappy with--I booked 4 massages for Sunday at 2:00(at $100 per person) along with having had spent $300 on Friday for spa sevices. I requested a late check out so we could go back to our rooms freshen up and collect our belonging and was told THERE WAS NO LATE CHECKOUT REQUESTS ACCEPTED. Are you kidding me? I will check out other non-total rewards hotels for my next stay.

If not than its not the best place to stay. I happen to get very sick from the smoke and smell of the room. It was so bad that security had to take me out in a wheel chair. I was there for a week but only enjoyed 3 days. My friends stayed at Bally's next door and things were different. I'm saving up to go back in the near future but this time I will stay in Ballys. I guess I would have felt better if the front desk manager would have been nicer. But the security staff was right on time, they even called ahead for transportation and a wheel chair was waiting at the airport for me. I thanked them. I think this hotel need to stop putting toilet tablet in the air ducks for freshness. The casino was nice and clean and staff was friendly. We ate at all of the buffets and everything was good. I will be back one day.

We try to go once a year, it is our favorite place to stay. The fact that it is center strip, is great. You can walk to many attractions. The Flamingo has amazing pools, gardens and don't forget those beautiful live flamingos and exotic birds. It is just like a tropical paradise. We just love it.

We got married there 2 years ago in April. Everything was wonderful. We got married at the Flamingo Chapel Gazebo. It was just as I imagined. We had 40 people there and everyone had a great time. They were all very impressed. We had our reception dinner at Jimmy Buffet's Margarita Ville, which is in the Flamingo. They made my cake and arranged everything just the way I wanted it. We had a view of the strip and Ceasar's Palace from our tables. We thought it would be hard to be with all our friends, but we all me at the Sin City bar. This had tables and a fire pit to sit around overlooking the Flamingo gardens. This was a great gathering place for all of us.

We booked a strip view Go Room. It was awesome. This room even has a tv in the corner of the mirror above the sink in the bathroom. Fun to watch while you are getting ready. We have stayed in rooms with a view of the gardens, which are nice too. We have always been pleased with our stay.

The service is great. I can't wait until we can visit again, hopefully on our Anniversary!!

We upgraded to a GO room and I could not have been happier with the hotel. It was so clean, great entertainment in and around the casino. The people that work at the hotel were fantastic and I was so happy with our stay that when I arrived back home I emailed the hotel with a thank you for a great time. I would definetly stay at this hotel again.

This property is exactly what Vegas is about. When we hit that coconut smell, our troubles and stress are instantly 2500 miles away. The rooms are exactly what is needed, nothing more and nothing less (nobody goes to Vegas for the rooms, right?). The Kringle suite with palmer extension is a dream come true for those who need space to spread out, eliminating the need to sleep in you clothes. The pool area is AWESOME, restaurants r perfect anytime the munchies hit. Love this place, it will always be our vegas place to be!

Overall, I was really favorably impressed with it. I was in a deluxe room. It was a little worn but overall I really liked it. The bed was good and the chairs were more comfortable than usual in a hotel. One of the things I liked best was that the far wall is all window so you can lie on your bed, waiting for your feet to return to normal size, and look out on the glorious shiny tackiness of Vegas.

The staff was friendly and generally helpful. The Burger Joint has a great after midnight special but it gets expensive fast otherwise. They just opened a new food court with several other options but it didn't open till after I left so I'll have to try it next time. I love the casino, even though I didn't have much luck there this time.

There were only a couple of drawbacks during my stay. One was that I had to wait almost 3 hours to get my room and when I did get in, it hadn't been cleaned at all. Unmade beds, towels on the floor, the old occupants' trash still there. They did send someone up right away and she was really nice about it. I did wish the desk people would have been a little more helpful about when my room would be (theoretically) ready. I was really beat after a long day of airports and they wouldn't give me any idea other than "sometime between 4 and 6". I don't expect an exact time but even hearing it wouldn't be ready till 6 would have been more helpful than "just keep checking back".

Outside of that, I loved my stay there. I'd definitely stay again.

My third time to Vegas I chose Flamingo and I have stayed there everytime since.

The location is the best, right across from Ceasar's and Mirage, and not far walking distance to any of the other hotels. I could see the Bellagio fountain show from my room when I stayed in May.

The restuarants at Flamingo are great also. I have ate there quite a few times. The buffet is wonderful and none of them are very expensive.

The rooms are clean, and pretty good size. I have not had a bad expierience at all. The views from the rooms are breathtaking, at least the ones I have had. The price is very reasonable also.

The service has always been good, never a problem.

The casino I love also. Big variety of slots spread throughout the casino. The poker room is very nice and usually have a $65 tournament daily.

And I can't forget to mention the Wildlife Habitat. The real flamingo's are so beautiful to watch, among other distinct birds, and the big fish in the ponds.

The pool area has several pools, all of which are full of fun from young to old. They even have an adult only pool.

They also have some great shops at the Flamingo with great buys.

I will definately be booking them again on my next trip to Vegas!
