Our last couple of stays showed significant deterioration in the hotel and the casino. Our room was not clean, the curtains were falling off of the curtain rods, laying on the floor. The fitted sheet on our bed did not fit properly...it kept popping off of the mattress. The towels were worn thin. The carpet needed to be cleaned. It was overall disgusting and we will never stay there again. The only good thing about it was that it was really inexpensive! I guess you get what you pay for!

The room rates, weekdays, are just $45 per night and we get two drinks by the pool each day we are there!! We have stopped in there many times before and it's a beatiful casino and the pool area is HUGE!! We are looking forward to staying there!!

Fun casino, expensive but tasty restaurants, expensive and gross buffet, but if you sign up as a new player club member you get to try it out free for yourself. We had a GREAT view of the top of the parking garage and air ducting from our room. Much rather would have been closer to the action on the strip.

We go to Vegas about once a year and we like staying there the best. It is centrally located, so it makes it easy to enjoy all the many attractions within walking distance. We usually get a strip view room. We were married at the gazebo 2 years ago. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! They made my wedding a dream come true. Then we had a fabulous reception at Margarita Ville. It was so much fun!!

Not too impressed with the casino though, never won a thing there, so we usually do most of our gambling either next door at luxor or somewhere else. a very beautiful hotel inside and out though and a great value for vegas travelers, also a very good buffet.

Stayed here in October of 2010 with my fiance. We've both been to Las Vegas several times before but this was our 1st stay together. I got a great flight/hotel package from southwest and decided on the LV Hilton. We had such an great trip that the Hilton might have seemed better than it actually was. We were also out and about so much that the room became an afterthought. It is not on the strip which can be a pain but is on the mono-rail so getting to all the action is cheap and relatively simple. The room was for the most part decent and clean. It reminded me of the basic mid-range chain hotel rooms like a holiday inn express or hampton inn and suites. The worst part of the room was that it was next to the elevators which were very noisy but like I said before we were not in the room much. The casino is below average but the sportsbook is one of the best around. We did not dine at the Hilton so I'm not sure about the eating options. All in all I would say the Hilton is a slightly above average property that seems to be a good deal for the money if you plan on just crashing there and like to bet sports. The location is a low point but the mono-rail eases some of that. I guess I'll always have some fond memories of the place since it was my first time staying with my fiance but don't think I'd stay there again unless I ran across a deal too good to pass up. I would go to the sportsbook again though.

Yes, it is off the strip, but worth the shuttle ride! Rooms are clean and large, great choices for eating, good variety in casino, and easy to find your way around. I've been tempted to try other hotels in other areas of Vegas, but always go back to The Orleans and am never disappointed.
